Craft your own dragon with paper
Crafting a dragon with paper can be a fun and engaging activity for kids.Here are the phases to create a paper dragon:
Gather materials: You will need colored construction paper, scissors, glue, and a pencil.
Draw the dragon's body: Use the pencil to draw the outline of the dragon's body on a sheet of construction paper. You can draw the body in sections or in one piece, depending on your preference.
Cut out the body: Use scissors to cut out the dragon's body along the outline you drew.
Create the wings: Cut two large triangles out of a different color of construction paper to make the dragon's wings. Attach them to the body using glue.
Add the legs: Cut four long strips of paper and fold them into accordion shapes to make the dragon's legs. Attach the legs to the body using glue.
Make the head: Draw the dragon's head on a piece of paper, cut it out, and attach it to the body using glue.

Tips to use the template
Print the template on colored paper to save time. If your printer can't handle the size of the paper, you can print on white paper, cut out the pieces, and use them to trace the shapes on your colored paper.
Pay attention to the dotted lines on the template, as these indicate where to fold the paper to give your dragon a three-dimensional appearance.
Be cautious when using hot glue, as it should only be handled by adults. We found it helpful to use hot glue on the first piece to ensure it stuck to the toilet paper roll, and then used a glue stick for the rest of the project.
